Her approach ensures individuals feel valued and respected. Sharon's leadership at New Beginnings Bristol includes comprehensive staff training to foster empathy, cultural understanding, and effective communication. She has also built strong community partnerships with local organisations and advocacy groups, enhancing opportunities and fostering a sense of belonging. Sharon’s dedication has created an environment where independence and positive change are encouraged, and each person’s unique story is honoured. This commitment has established trust with clients, families, and the community, making New Beginnings Bristol a place where everyone can thrive.

Registered and General Manager at New Beginnings Bristol, brings over 40 years of compassionate leadership in the care sector. With a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and lived experience that deepens her empathy, she has supported individuals across a wide range of needs—from learning disabilities to mental health conditions with both adults, children and young people, 16 to 25. Her person-centred, values-led approach ensures every individual receives care that fosters independence, dignity, and inclusion.

House Manager for New Beginnings Bristol’s Supported Living service, has always been devoted to supporting others. With experience working with both children and adults, Zoe brings a compassionate, person-centred approach to her role. She is known for her hands-on Leadership, Zoe's advanced training in positive behavioural support allows her to tailor care plans to each resident's needs, creating a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and encouraged to thrive.

Her dedication to neurodiversity and inclusion is bolstered by her professional qualifications and personal experience, enabling her to facilitate individuals' access to opportunities, address obstacles, and support their continuous growth.
